HI, I’m Dalvene

I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2015, and like all beginners, my knowledge and self-belief were limited. However, my expertise and confidence grew once I surrounded myself with people who had more experience in the health and fitness industry. They mentored me through my struggles and acknowledged the importance of celebrating wins, no matter how small.

Through this experience, I discovered the power of coaching and accountability. Now I aim to be that support for other women. Let's be honest; we women need extra attention, flexibility and help, especially on days we aren’t feeling our best. Knowing and experiencing this first-hand led me to establish my own 1:1 online coaching services to deliver accessible and tailored programs to meet the needs of busy women.

I aim to continually improve myself and inspire others to do the same. I want to be an example of what's possible!

MY HEALTH & FITNESS JOURNEY

My love for health and fitness came naturally at a very young age. Once I was old enough to join a gym, I signed up. Like many women in the early stages of fitness, cardio was my only form of training, and for many months, I saw no changes in my body, which was very unmotivating. I was a complete beginner, lacked self-confidence and self-belief but grew a hunger to elevate my growth. 

After attaining my PT certificates, I explored a wide range of training styles, set some goals and executed personal bests! Whilst enjoying an active lifestyle outside of the gym. Oztag, League tag and hiking are some of my favourite hobbies. My love for food is enormous, just like my appetite, so eating a good volume of delicious food whilst making sure my approach to nutrition is sustainable is how I've been successful in my transformations time and time again. 

I have been through several different transformations, including performance-focused, muscle building and fat loss phases, so I know first-hand what it takes to set and achieve goals and overcome the obstacles that each journey entails. 

Through dedicationexperience, and setting a structured game plan, I continually achieve an improving body composition whilst maintaining a sustainable lifestyle. Now it's your turn!
