Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
Home-based programs are available, so a gym membership is not required. However, it is highly recommended to avoid plateaus in your progress. Programs can be designed around minimal equipment to get you started if having a gym membership is not an option right now.
How soon can I expect results?
Result outcomes vary from client to client as no fitness journey or starting point is the same. Those who are coachable and put in the effort can expect results sooner than those who are inconsistent, so it depends on your effort. You get out what you put in. Please consider any health conditions affecting your ability to achieve your goal.
How soon can I start?
If you are a suitable client and I have spots available , then you can start in as little as a week. I am selective with who I coach and aim to provide great service to only a handful of determined and serious women. Send your enquiry now, limited spaces available.
