She was there with me all the way and I've never felt neglected on my journey even though she wasn't physically there. She never failed to check up on me and has always motivated through the good and bad weeks. The workouts that she pieced together fit my 24/7 work schedule where she gave me options to either work out at home or at the gym whenever I can. I never got bored of the exercises either because she puts together a wide variety of routines to do each week.

I thought I'd fail the whole thing because I wouldn't be able to change my eating habits. But man, was I wrong. I still eat and treat myself to my favourite meals and snacks but I have learnt to listen to my body when enough is enough and can visualise how many calories are on my plate. I couldn't believe the difference that discipline can make in a few months. When Dalvene showed me my before and after photos and measurements, I could not believe how far I've come. Apart from losing the weight I gained, I am back to normal blood sugar and vitamin D levels, barely feeling fatigued, and gained so much of my confidence back!! I can't thank Dalvene enough for pushing me to do more to get to where I am now. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer because she is very knowledgeable in what she does and she only wants what's best for her clients.
